“A group like ISIL has no place in the 21st century”

Golf, on the other hand, is forever.

Update: Priceless.

Unless Obumbler smashes them, ISIL will make a comfortable place for itself in the 21st century. ISIL's swinish fighters believe that their seventh century beliefs are valid for all time, indeed that Allah demands that those rules of behavior be met or the violators killed. Why shouldn't they decide that their scummy ideology is good for the 21st century? If they are to have no place in the 21st century, then the ISIL must be destroyed, not contained, not negotiated with, not defeated but left active, but physically and ideologically destroyed.

It is worth noting that ISIL has had increased success in recruiting fighters lately. They're on a roll, have lots of money to pay gunmen, and are winning victories. They represent the strong horse, to use Osama's phrase.

There is a Russian peasant proverb that goes: We are right who are with the strong. As the jihadists appear to be strong, people (especially Obumbler and his consiglieri) will be amazed at how many people will conclude they are doing right by joining them, including custardheads in the West.

I'd suggest giving them a year, or two, to gather all of the Islamist chaff from around the world....then let all the air forces of the rest of the world use the Islamic State for target practice.

Until it's just one big debris field.

I'm afraid nothing is going to happen. ISIL will keep on killing and spreading their poison, Obama will keep on golfing, and eventually the world is going to be on fire.
