As a regular reader of David Thompson's blog, and witness to his tendency to post some of the more disturbing examples of tax-payer funded "performance art", I have learned to keep a ready supply of brain bleach on hand... so in case anyone needs some, I have plenty.

That photo of Ivan lying face down in a watermelon seems like a pretty accurate image of Joe Biden and the whole Obama administration.
Russians do that on beaches in India too, although often there they don't bother to put on any clothes at all. Goa.
