Felony or perjury?

The rock and the hard place.

I'd say she committed a "Clinton".

If that's not a legal term, it should be.

"Clinton". I like it. It just fits so well.

I don't much care whether she committed perjury or a felony, as long as it keeps her out of public office. I wouldn't even trust her to run a soup kitchen (no doubt she'd be selling the donated goods out the back door).

If Gowdy gets ahold of that server and it hasn't been cryptographically wiped, she's looking at more than one felony.
