A new book by investigative reporter Peter Schweizer promises to be a good read: Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich. And if she’s elected, maybe someone will eventually write a book entitled How America Completely Lost Its Mind and Made the Inevitability of President Cankles a Self-Fulfilling Prophesy.
BTW, picked up the “cash cow” bit in the title of this post from Small Dead Animals (one of those things I wish I had thought of).

Re calling her a cow: if she really bashed Bill in the White House bedroom after hearing about Monica, it suggests she truly thought he was innocent up till that time and it really was a big rightwing conspiracy. Pretty cowish for someone who thought she was a streetwise lawyer.
ReplyDeleteI expect that Billary based Bill because he was caught boffing bimbos, which, in turn, threatened their long term plans. And not because of any expectations of innocence on the part of either party.
ReplyDeleteAfter reading the transcript of Monica's testimony, it's pretty clear Bill was an old hand at adultery. Billary likely knew this, by long association and innuendo, if nothing else. High visibility politicians don't randomly dip their wicks without someone knowing about it.
The Clinton marriage is, was, and always has been, a political marriage of convenience for two power-hungry people unbothered by conscience. Hillary may have bashed Bill in the bedroom, but it was for being so careless as to let Monica become the scandal du jour, not for bonking her.
