Staggering incompetence
The cyber-attack against the U.S. government is looking worse and worse (not just the scale of the attack, but the spectacular ineptitude of the OPM in defending against it).
The hell of the matter is, that level of incompetence is common. Granted, my own view of the feds is fairly narrow, but it's indicative of the way things are going.
