Why? He's a bigger narcissist and egotist than she is. Playing "First Gentleman" would be a major let down for him, even with all those lovely interns to play with. Of course, Bubba will be competing with Cankles for their attention. I'm sure that riles him up some.
Not to mention ... ... who wouldn't be bitter and vindictive after being "married" to Billary after all these years? Regardless of what bedroom agreements they might have, she has her claws in him pretty deep. He can use her to vacuum up cash for his retirement portfolio, and enjoy her second humiliation at the polls. For Bubba, that's a win-win.
