I'm thinking your signature on that paper could also be used to commit you to a place surrounded by a tall fence, and with lots of drugs being dispensed.

I'm surprised they haven't started holding night time rallies with torches and building-sized red banners with "H" printed on them. What next, a special straight-armed salute?
