Not promising
Paul Ryan, who seems headed for the Speaker's chair, has named a Chamber of Commerce flunky as his chief of staff.
What's the over/under on a government shutdown? I figure that, if the Dems can get a little coup de main in, they might team with conservatives to "calibrate" Ryan coming out the gate.
