"There are countless horrible things happening all over the world and horrible people prospering, but we must never allow them to disturb our equanimity or deflect us from our sacred duty to sabotage and annoy them whenever possible." -Auberon Waugh
My guess is, they'll indict one of the underlings and Shrillary will skate.
ReplyDeleteInvestigating, investigating...until they find everything is cool.
ReplyDeleteIt's like the "fact checking" that the liberals now do, mimicking the real digging the first bloggers did: assemble enough red herring "facts" and your guy gets off.
Before 9/11 I joined the internet to compare notes about dodgy Indian gurus and their supporters around the world, who had previously been able to conceal their crimes with subterfuge and playing the race card. The 'net provided spectacular revelation: we were amazed at the extent of the gurus' crimes, virtual industrial rape processes in two cases, thousands of victims. Then came 9/11 and revelation of the Moose-limb termite nest. We seemed on a path to a new era of truth.
ReplyDeleteBut people are surprisingly impervious to the facts. They want to be led like sheep. The old internet which gave new insights and fact gathering is being replaced with "social media" of comforting conformity.
