Happy Feet Friday
The dulcet tones of Dinah Shore, in Along the Navajo Trail.
Lovely. Reminds me of listening to the HIT PARADE on the radio* on aa Melbourne Sunday evening, before Bill Haley and his Comets shattered the peace. My favourite was Jo Stafford singing Shrimp Boats. I was never sure what shrimp boats actually did (in those '50s years, prawns were used as bait for edible fish). I still have some of her stuff on a memory stick in the car. *TV arrived in Oz in '56, the Melbourne Olympics being the main driver.
