Sounds like an interesting idea

Chicago activist: "we need to abolish the police, period."

Yeah, tell you what. Start small. Try it out in your community, Ms. Chicago Activist. See how that works out for you after a week. Hell, just try it for a day. Be sure to report back with your findings.

Meanwhile, at a memorial service for the murdered Dallas policemen, B.O. demonstrates, once again, that he has no class, but lots of brass, as he weaves his devisive views on race into what should have been a straight-up eulogy.

Victor Davis Hanson admirably sums up Barry's m.o. here: "Unfortunately, President Obama, ever since he first appeared on the national political scene in 2008, has systematically adopted a rhetoric and an agenda that is predicated on dividing up the country according to tribal grievances, in hopes of recalibrating various factions into a majority grievance culture."

Saw that, and had almost the same thought. I would just expand it a bit, and make it for all of Chicago. After a week or two, it would probably make the violence of the prohibition era look like a love-in.

Chicago would resemble Somalia.

I'd say that VDJ is giving Obama too much credit.

He's just doing what all Dems have been doing for decades, he just has the advantage of a totally compliant spineless and often agreeing GOP establishment and a totally compliant media that has totally thrown off any attempt at fairness who will try to buy any story about what he's doing. Any they can't hide, their "hard news" articles still manage to let you know that anybody who disagrees with Obama is a racist, sexist, homophobic, islamophobic fascist.

It's easy to get stuff done when all opposition to you is out of bounds.

Proofreading? That's for losers.

R-man,
The violence in Chicago already makes that of the Prohibition era look like a love-in. Al Capone would be horrified by the numbers of murders there and the gunning down of bystanders by the murderers. The Black Lives Matter movement is standing up for the murderers (almost all black) not victims (almost all black too). If black lives actually mattered, they'd be demanding harsher policing and bringing donumts to the cops on the beat.

That's donuts. Like Veeshir said.

For the "Prove you're not a robot" test, some of the pictures are so dim that my optical scanner can't make out the image. That's cheating.
