Every one of those good Tweets, some woman starts bickering immediately under, and they go on and on. Women are really good at bickering. "What about you? Who are you to say that? You do it too..."
Back when the internet was a mostly male domain, we discovered the Troll. Bickering is not on that level, it's just childish stuff. "Tis, tisn't, tis, tisn't... don't mansplain to me..."
