So, do they think they got a bargain?

Via friend and commenter Mike_W: "Pet dog raised by Chinese family for two years turns out to be a black bear".

Update: I really shouldn't make fun of these folks. I once bought a baby iguana at a pet store, and a year later I was stuck with this thing in my back yard...

Notice, also, the "Japanese quail" soaring in the sky.

She was surprised at how much her "mastiff ate, “A box of fruits and two buckets of noodles every day,” she told Chinese media.

It took her and the family TWO years to realise it wasn't a dog!

Then they are "frightened" of their pet, and ship it off to a wildlife center. Poor bear. Loved the family. Shouldn't have eaten so much.

How do you not know the difference between a dog and a bear?

Rampaging dinosaurs are dangerous.

I think you may have been feeding it wrong, Paco.

You should have stopped when you got to sheep.

Yeah, I've got a tendency to spoil my pets.
