Tucker Carlson bitch slaps the increasingly deranged Bill Kristol.

Haw! "Trump used the [G-7] summit basically as a stop to refuel Air Force One on his way to Singapore. He refused to sign their silly communique about carbon dioxide and gender equality."

Probably not: "Can the GOP Establishment Stop Being Idiots Just Once?"

A good start: "Austria announces plans to close several mosques, deport dozens of imams".

Has-been actor and attention junkie contributes his two cents to Donald Trump's reelection campaign (hilariously more from Mark Steyn).

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey commits the ultimate Fascist sacrilege: he eats a Chick-Fil-A sandwich.

Update - Robert de Niro: man of stature.

Update: Oops! Robert De Niro's "moral authority" takes another hit:
Six people are charged with the running of an international prostitution ring, whose call-girls entertained the actor Robert de Niro, the former tennis player, Wojtek Fibak, two senior (but unnamed) French politicians and several Gulf princes. The agency specialised in tricking, or trapping, star-struck teenage girls into selling their bodies with the promise of careers as models or actresses.

Give DeNiro credit for courage, committing career suicide as he did. Unless any of us have the guts to stand up in front of an audience of hard core leftists and denounce Donald Trump, we don't have a leg to stand on criticizing DeNiro.

It's a pity, in a way - it's sad to see a promising young actor throw it all away just as he was about to hit it big. But perhaps his sacrifice will encourage a few other entertainers to step out of the shadows and take a bold stand.

I think De Niro's weird childhood left him with unresolved daddy issues, and that's what's coming out now.

De Niro was never any good at playing anything but New York Italian mobsters. He won't be missed, because New York Italian mobsters are old hat by now.

DeNiro looks in a mirror, sees a legend, and repeats the mantra, 'I am a legend.' James Stewart, John Wayne, Maureen O'Hara, Bette Davis, and their ilk saw people who act for a living.

Actors are told how to move, where to move, what to speak, what to think. They are, for the most part, sheep; DeNiro is the Border Collie.

A little tip for the future: This old Aussie wouldn't mind having a few bob on SecState Mike Pompeo as a future POTUS.

Pompeo would have to wait awhile, IMO. First, there's Mike Pence for at least four years. Then Nikki Haley (after being VP for Pence) as the first woman POTUS, for at least another four years. Then, maybe Mike Pompeo.

That's what I'd like to see, even if I'm not around long enough to see it.

It seems I'm not alone in thinking Nikki Haley would make a good POTUS.

De Niro said that at the Toronto film festival.
He won't say it at the Cannes film festival - he won't set foot in France.
Saying "farq Trump" to a bunch of lefties is courageous & edgy.

Anyone got a link, or anything to where De Niro has condemned Polanski (okay, just joking), or how about him condemning Weinstein, or even just condemning girls in his industry being pressured/blackmailed into sex?

Anything to the school of thought that the reason he likes his girls black is so they don't show the bruises?
