I reckon they had to award it before too much comes out about the Obama Administration spying on the Trump Campaign to help Hillary win.
I think it would be fun if somebody developed an online random award generator for Obama. Although I don't know that it would come up with anything more preposterous than real life (Nobel Peace Prize, for example).
Hillary lost AGAIN!?! Well, of course, UI had to take care of their homie first. It's surprising that they didn't give it to John McCain, since everyone is falling over themselves to laud him.
