I understand he's started a GoFundMe page because he needs cash. No doubt there are people who will give this lying, cheating lowlife money, and somebody will probably offer him a deal and a ghostwriter for a book. And no doubt we will all be treated to a long, loud whine about how badly he has been treated by Trump/the Russian colluders/deplorables/FBI and whoever else he can dig up. But at least he won't be smirking into a camera anymore.
He embarrassed his fellows at the Bureau on live TV. Made it harder for them to argue for funding - Dollars and cents what to speak of pride in their work. Smart-arses outsmart themselves, it's the basis of police work. Wiley Strzok, super-genius.

A couple of security managers I know (on both ends of the political spectrum) agree on this point:
Strzok was fired for his behavior. Not his politics.
Which only proves (once again) this old adage:
"A fool and his (or her) money are soon parted."
