Well, I can't lift my leg high enough to kick back, so I guess I'd just have to pull out a gun and shoot them.
Have you seen the video from Toronto of the fierce male feminist ally kicking the woman anti-abortion protestor? The guy telegraphs his kick so much that it's comical. Even aside from the moronic tongue stuck out the corner of his mouth he winds up and poses for a second before letting go. Obviously the woman he kicked had no idea what he was getting ready to do.
But now we know. Somebody winds up like that in front of you, immediately move in close and go for his throat. Sadly, there will be some Antifa types more competent, but the point is, don't keep assuming good intentions. If you can't avoid such situations, always assume that any adversary moving into close contact intends you harm.
