An almost comical exhibition of Chicago-style corruption
A young conservative politician runs up against the "Chicago way" and comes out on top (for now).
Rebecca, He's studying Political Science. His senior thesis can be about his campaign, so even if he loses the election (we may expect the dead to be out in force voting Dem)it's a win-win situation for him, provided the machine doesn't sic Nunzio Guido the Enforcer on him.
I doubt the young man will come to physical harm -- there's too much attention on him -- but I expect that he will be "encouraged" to seek employment outside the state of Illinois.
I just hope the kid makes it out alive.
