For our non-USA friends, State Farm is a insurance company whose tv ads are about covering crazy incidents. This would fit in perfectly.
OT At a Christmas Eve party, there was a very large bang outside. Not to worry, this is Texas. Although such behavior is frowned on even in our small town. Anyway, the adult son and friends were setting off mortars and fireworks. After one burst, he came into the house, told his wife that there is a hole in the bed of his truck that he had no part in, and absence of any knowledge that it was there. Wife was verbally silent, whereas her countenance.... His friend confessed that it was he alone, without his friend's knowledge. My thoughts are 1) where did husband sleep?, 2) how does one report a cantaloupe size hole in the bed of their truck?, 3) who pays for it?
