We probably shouldn't be so certain Hillary won't run in 2020, even though she has said she "has no plans". I think she's still waiting for the Democrats to come and beg her to run. Sorry, Hill, the Dems have enough problems.
Rebecca - agree 100% on Hillary's I won't/I will routine. This looks like a fishing expedition to me. We'll see who takes the bait.
