Probably poisoned while trying to escape
Nah, seriously, dude had a heart attack in court: "Egypt's ousted president Mohammed Morsi dies during trial".
They'll blame it on the Jews, like the Arabs/Muslims do with everything else that happens.
If the Jews were actually as powerful as their enemies have said they are, none of said enemies would dare to make even minor criticisms of them. Instead, we have millions of Antisemites shouting from the rooftops that they aren't allowed to speak above a whisper.
