Apparently Governor Brown and the President of the Oregon senate backed off the cap&trade bill, but word has it that the Republican senators are in no rush to return.
First, trusting the Oregon democrats is a bad idea -- they've acted in bad faith all along. Second, that wasn't the only bill intended to corncob the midldle class.
