"CNN Hires Andrew McCabe As A Contributor".
I'm kind of curious why CNN hasn't hired Joe Isuzu yet...

CNN wouldn't hire Joe Isuzu because he isn't afraid of bullets.

ReplyDeleteAlso, CNN has no sense of humor.
The Joe Isuzu commercials were some of the funniest car commercials ever made, even with a glaring firearm mistake like this commercial had. I always wondered if they did it intentionally as part of the joke, or if they were really that ignorant of how guns & ammo work.
I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and assume it was intentional.
You mean the entire cartridge hurtling down range? I'm betting that was part of the joke. Funny either way.
ReplyDeleteThe image had to fit what most of the public believed.
DeleteYeah, that. And, in a way, it was more comical like that, so that's one reason I thought they did it deliberately.
ReplyDeleteHe also played an annoying Hare Krishna in 'Airport' - I thought he was hilarious in that.
ReplyDeleteThink about this: that crappy little Isuzu is on the cusp of being considered a "classic" car.
