We may wind up hearing a lot of this in the months to come
You'd think that all these intahlectYOUal types would have learned that the "Befehl ist Befehl" defense (a/k/a, the Nuremberg Defense) is -- at best -- a dubious legal strategy.
But considering how the media is no more than stenographers for the deep state, I can see why they think it's a good idea.
