Bravo, General!

Update and bumped: "The Department of Justice has dropped its demand for former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn to serve time under his plea agreement." Good news. But I'd like to see him cleared altogether, although such an undertaking could result in even more ruinous legal fees (Department of "Justice", indeed).

"General Flynn Files Motion to Withdraw Guilty Plea and Dismiss Case Against Him for Egregious Government Misconduct".

I wish him well, for his sake and for ours, because if the government can do this to someone like General Flynn, imagine what it would be capable of doing to the rest of us.

Even the judge in his case has been making comments suggesting it for some time, too. The "are you sure this is what you want to do?" kind. Now that the FISA warrants have been ruled invalid, maybe that's what finally convinced him.
