Good stuff from Nick Searcy

Nick Searcy - perhaps best known for playing Deputy Marshal Raylan Givens' boss on Justified - is a long-time Hollywood conservative, and not shy about expressing his views. Here he talks about Hollywood's active hostility toward us "deplorables", and encourages righties not to abandon the film-making industry, but to "get in the game". One of the highlights of the article is his catalogue of nicknames for Elizabeth Warren:
One critic even attacked Krasinski’s hit film A Quiet Place because it shows“a white, gun-toting family fending off strange creatures” — and no, I’m not kidding. A person who is paid to write crap about movies actually wrote that crap.

But Krasinski is publicly an Elizabeth Warren supporter. In 2014, he even hosted a fundraiser for Lieawatha (or Taxagawea or Runs With Mouth Open or Spreading Bull or Fauxcahontas or whatever your favorite triggering name for Warren is). He probably would have voted for Fired For Papoose (that’s my favorite) if her campaign had not gone to the Happy Hunting Ground. But because he makes shows that EVIL TRUMP SUPPORTERS LIKE, he is suspect and must explain himself. He had to reassure Hollywood that he was still in the Cool Kids’ Club.

I've liked Nick Searcy ever since "Justified", and I love that he is a conservative. He used to have a Youtube blog, which I'm pretty sure Youtube killed, and he has a Twitter account names Yes!NickSearcy, and speaks his mind. He and his wife also have an adopted son from Ethiopia, which shows he doesn't just talk the talk.

I am stealing "Wu Tang Clap".

I liked him in Justified, he portrayed an ideal local lawman.

Don't know what he saw in Warren.

Bruce: Do you mean you don't know what Krasinski saw in Warren? Nick doesn't like her at all.

Rebecca: On one episode of Justified, Nick is sitting in his car, and he's listening to Rush Limbaugh on the radio! Nick's YouTube posts were hilarious.
