The problem with "common sense" gun control laws...

...is that they're frequently nonsensical: "Jersey Cops Arrest Black Gun Owner Over Licensed Gun, Legal Ammo".

    The State of New Jersey does not recognize any right to bear arms, and has no idea what you're talking about.

    In NJ you can only buy 1 BB gun a month.
    After that, there's nothing they can do that surprises me.
