"Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud", says...Jimmy Carter?

That's right. The Commission on Federal Election Reform - chaired by Jimmy Carter - published that conclusion in its 2005 report. It's still valid today (more so, actually, as Democrats get increasingly desperate).

You know what needs to be done, don't you?

California's legalizing "ballot harvesting" (which the author - shockingly - makes no mention of) took the absentee ballot's "potential voter fraud" to a previously unimaginable level. Mad Queen Nan tried to nationalize it by pasting it on to the pandemic relief package, but it got axed (at least I assume it did).

They're not going to quit.
