Update More from Ace on the same subject. It is positively risible that various NeverTrumpers consider themselves "thought leaders", and have actually said so out loud. The concept of leadership necessarily suggests followers, and the NeverTrumpers are somewhat deficient in that commodity. I can think of no more appropriate comment than that offered by conservative philosopher Archie Bunker when he once told someone, "You could rub liver on your behind, and cats wouldn't follow you!"
