It just never occurred to McC that all that cosy back-slapping at the top is not how govt is supposed to run. Just as in business they call it a cartel, so in govt there should be real disputes and competition, not an old boys club where it's all about seeking approval and being accepted.

If he knows, he's probably happy he's still pissing off conservatives.
He really hated GOP voters.
My view: you can take people out of a class system, but you can't take a class system out of people - they just create another one.
