Yes a lot of the less organised world works like that, and it's almost impossible for an outsider to keep up with groups changing sides and rivalries, so we mostly never hear about it. And our 'journalists' are too busy preaching to us.

And utopias don't need a police force, so it's all good.
Turning the USA into Mexico is a feature, not a bug, to Democrats. After all, they've been trying their darnedest for decades.
