When I lived in San Diego (20+ years ago), kids in Tijuana were selling candy on the street that glowed like that. The candy contained dangerous amounts of radium, the stuff that makes your watch hands glow in the dark. I'd seen these kids on occasion, and didn't like the look of what they were hawking. There was a news report in the Union-Tribune that warned readers to not only don't eat it, but don't even handle it. It was that radioactive.
Oh, my (crazy) ex-girlfriend's mother absolutely LOVED Keeping Up Appearances. Loved it loved it loved it. Giggling through most of every episode.
I thought Rocky only beat up two black men, Apollo and Mr. T. Rocky IV was a white guy, right?
