I believe Spencer is onto something. Incidentally, Robert Spencer is one of those banned from social media for "hate." Something you and I used to know as "truth."
The statues are not about the Confederacy. They are about destroying our history, and also about intimidating citizens. If an elk statue is slated for destruction, what makes you think you are safe? They can come for you at any time, for any reason at all.
