And maybe there's one good thing about wokeology: it can shut down vegans

It may surprise you that there are parallel debates among Australia's aboriginal people, although they fit somewhere between native Americans and US 'Blacks' in experience (instead of casinos, tribal land owners will negotiate with mining co's for income). During the 1960s civil rights era a few aborigines copied the US stuff and became famous. An aboriginal friend told me they mostly used that to enrich their own families and ripped off the rest of their people. Then when they tried to start a BLM thing here (about aborigines dying in jail), pro-western aborigines point out that the reason they're in jail is because of crimes agains other aboriginal people. For which they get called 'coconut' and 'suck up to migaloos' (migaloo measn white). There is terrible violence between tribes or within families, and suicide like among native Americans. I think the pro-western more conservative aborigines are winning the debate now, in contrast to the US it seems.

One thing we are grateful for, aborigines had so much faith in their spears that they never adopted guns. That remains the case, although they can be brutal killers just with their hands or a knife or club.
