He really was never a 'man of the people' was he. I mean all the aspects of his upbringing, he's always been a bit of an aristocrat, away from the masses. The only ordinary people he ever really had to deal with as an anonymous individual was his time as an LDS missionary, and that was French people.

Revolting peasants would be his recurring nightmare.

My Senator is in the Ukraine up to his neck. He's not trying to save Hunter, it's himself and the McCain's he's trying to shield. It's a big club and we aint in it.

ck: He sure is in up to his neck. That's one reason his open opposition to pursuing this investigation stinks so bad: it's not just his usual hypocrisy, it's extremely self-serving hypocrisy.
