Yeah, that's right: good ol' Fairfax, VA, former home of the Paco Command Center. Note that registration is required. Parents actually have to sign their children up for this obscenity. And they will, too. Virtue-signaling executives from non-profit organizations, true believers from the local Unitarian churches, hip D.C. bureaucrats, and the usual sprinkling of total idiots who have no clue concerning the Left's commitment to destroying the very concept of innocence, sexualizing children, and obliterating the underpinnings of the traditional family.
Edmund Burke once wrote that, "To make us love our country, our country ought to be lovely." There is much loveliness that remains, but the unbearably ugly is making great strides as it seeks to establish unchallengeable dominion.
Whenever I read something like this, I automatically think of a roomful of Social X-Ray women (if you've read Bonfire of the Vanities, you'll know what I'm talking about) who drag their single-issue accessory children to these events so that they can brag to each other over chardonnay at the next dinner party. These are the women who have birthed much of our political class.
ReplyDeleteNone of these people have ever explained why it's a good thing to sexualize young children. In fact, they become angry if you broach the topic and instantly deflect to what a pervert you must be to object.
