This gentleman is located in Azerbaijan, and his YouTube channel, "Wilderness Cooking", is dedicated to showing the preparation of all kinds of meats. His cooking methods are interesting, but I have to say that, equally interesting (to me), is the beautiful countryside in which he lives and works.
