I suppose now that two people have pleaded guilty to stealing Ashley Biden's diary, the "jury" (we, the people) will be instructed by the "court" (the mainstream media) to ignore the contents?
Fat chance. Joe Biden's the creepiest guy to ever hold the office of president, and we're not forgetting it. The truth will out, as they say, and once it is out - particularly when it's related to a person who has the power to make life-changing decisions affecting hundreds of millions of people - I don't much care how it came to be known.

Being a liberal Dimocrat means never having to say you're sorry.
ReplyDeleteI still wonder how taking and trying to sell a diary that had been effectively abandoned is considered theft. But I suppose those guys who had it were threatened with life in prison if they didn't plead guilty for a lesser sentence. It's still just the FBI's attempt to protect Derpy Joe, even though that ship has sailed.

ReplyDeleteI agree. The feds - and state and local prosecutors, for that matter - have grown very partial to bullying people into accepting plea bargains instead of exercising their full rights to defense. And it's no surprise that it works: the feds, particularly, can drag things out so long that legal fees can bankrupt the average citizen. I will go to ground before I allow myself to be dragged into the federal legal system, even if I have to live in a tent in the woods and forfeit Medicare; I will perhaps die younger than I otherwise would have, but I will die free.
The Fed's strategy is how most of the Trump January 6 participants have found themselves in prison awaiting court time, and others have been given lengthy sentences. There is a senior citizen woman who has cancer that is in prison. Un-American.
