Apparently, NeverTrump congressman, Peter Meijer (RINO, Michigan) - who also voted to impeach Trump - is shocked that Democrats are donating money to his rival in the primary, a Trump loyalist. The donks probably see the Trump guy as easier to defeat, so that's what they're about, but what did Meijer expect? Did he think that, because the Democrats accepted his support during the impeachment process, and no doubt made a fuss of him and made him feel among friends, that they wouldn't try to take him down in the general election? Hell, Democrats are already on their way to jettisoning Biden, for crying out loud.

That's true. I think even Benedict Arnold was more or less shunned by the quality in England.
