Not just bullies, but thieves

This kind of reckless disregard for the law is going to continue until FBI agents and DOJ lawyers start getting arrested and thrown in jail: "FBI misled judge who signed warrant for Beverly Hills seizure of $86 million in cash".

Update  And here's more on the FBI's descent into fascism, if you can stomach it: "FBI whistleblower says SWAT teams being misused, J6 defendants' rights trampled".

As a general rule, if I don't think there will be any consequences, I'm a lot more likely to do something than if I can see negative impacts as a result of my actions. Which is the main reason I don't climb 50' up my TV tower to work on my TV antennas near as often as I did before my age intervened.

I don't think a lot of the alphabet agencies are worried about any consequences to their actions, these days. The Dimocrats should tell them "No one is above the law", like they do Trump and any Republicans they think are "enemies of Democracy".

The real danger is that once the Democrats are pushed out of power, too many Republicans will think a weaponized FBI is too useful to discard.

Or the spineless GOP won't stand up to the thugs with a badge, Rebecca.

Same same, I know. At least in the end.
