Texas Governor Greg Abbot has been catching hell from leftist scolds for busing illegal aliens to Washington, D.C., but what about the Democrat-run city of El Paso, which is busing aliens to NYC? You don't hear much about Mayor Oscar Leeser "playing politics with human lives"; in fact, you don't hear anything at all about his participation in the illegal alien relocation policy.
And how about ferret-faced "Beto" O'Rourke, the Democratic candidate for governor. He's a native of El Paso; what, no lamentations from him about El Paso being just like Nazi Germany?
Update One of Mrs. Paco's brothers has some property in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, and has been staying there off and on this summer. During a phone conversation this morning, he told her that a boat-load of Venezuelans showed up (their route seems to have been to the British Virgin Islands, and then to the U.S. Virgin Islands). Apparently, the skipper and his crew threatened to throw the migrants overboard unless they coughed up more money. Way to secure those borders, Kamala!
Abbot and DeSantis have a lot of political clout with the nation, and that simply cannot be allowed by the Leftocrat elite. Nobody ever heard of the mayor of El Paso, and nobody gives two flips about Bucktooth Betty O'Rourke, so that's why.
