Somebody over at Ace of Spades pointed out that Martha's Vineyard has a permanent population of 17,000. During the summer it rises to 200,000.

Barry and Big Mike have a huge house that ought to hold a dozen or so, easy. I'm astonished - astonished, I say! - that they have not offered some of these weary travelers a place under their ample roof.
