"FBI Arrests 87-Year-Old Pro-Life Concentration Camp Survivor for Peacefully Protesting Abortion".
This is interesting:
“The FBI isn’t even performing the investigations,” said Hurley. “The DOJ is doing their own investigations and using the FBI as their arm of that organization… Normally the FBI does an investigation, and if they find someone guilty of federal crimes, they issue warrants.” Instead, he says, “the DOJ is… sending local branches of the FBI with arrest warrants to be their strong arm.”
Hurley notes that pro-life activists have recently been charged with FACE as well as conspiracy (to rob someone of a constitutional right), which could result in up to 10 years in prison. “This is a new tactic the DOJ has been thawing [sic] at pro-lifers to see if the charges stick,” he says.

Nevertheless, the FBI used the dossier to secure wiretaps to spy on Donald Trump-related individuals and to spread a narrative of treasonous collusion with Russia by the former president.
Enough, and more than enough. If you're an FBI employee and are not (1) a whistleblower, or (2) in the process of submitting your resignation, you're part of the problem.

As soon as a Republican president is installed, Garland and Wray need to be fired, tarred, feathered, and ridden out of town on a rail. If we can just last that long, because otherwise we're well on our way to a police state.
ReplyDeleteThe overreach is astonishing. Either they are supremely arrogant and, in their own minds, believe that they are immune from punitive action, or, as one of the commenters here said, they are desperate to do as much damage to normal society as they can before the counterrevolution comes.
ReplyDeleteAnd too stupid to realize that if they would just stop what they're doing there might not even be a counterrevolution.
ReplyDeleteI vote for arrogant and stupid enough to be desperate.
