Update and bumped
Tucker Carlson describes the COVID oppression in China, and the ominous expressions of admiration (or, in some cases, apathy) by our own fine betters, as Veeshir calls them, in the United States.
Protests in China are not rare. What *is* rare, are multiple protests over the same issue, at the same time, across the country. The protest below, apparently in central Beijing’s liangmaqiao, is astounding #China #protests pic.twitter.com/UHJCqqF1YG

And not just in China.
Not a surprising result for a dictator who does way too much dictatoring. The CCP has about 97 million members, which sounds like a lot, except it's in a country of 1.4 billion people. And I wonder how many of those 97M are really CINOs, Commies In Name Only?
ReplyDeleteIt might be like the old 97-pound weakling trying to tackle the 200-pound bodybuilder. Only difference is this time the 97-pound weakling is armed with guns. And he won't be afraid to use them.
"I'd like to see more of this"
Yeah, there needs to be regime changes in a lot of countries, but in most of them it would take a lot of spilled blood.
both Barak Obama and Justin Trudeau have voiced their envy of the way the government can get things done; Trudeau showed the truckers who's boss and shutting down their access to their bank accounts just the way China's Skynet does to people whose social credit scores are dinged after facial recognition software catches them for dissenting.
