Looks like the leftists have become permanently stuck at the "You're a poopy head" level of polemical discourse. It's all hysterical name-calling, now. On the other hand, I guess it's not as if the donks can run on their spectacular economic success, or the popularity of their attempted cultural revolution.
The Tim Ryan/J.D. Vance contest here in Ohio is particularly telling. Tim Ryan slings personal insults at Vance, and Vance answers with the contrast between Democratic and Republican policies. He also throws in the Biden/Pelosi boat anchor as well. Ryan is toast.
