The military can go after the retired colonel, the legal mechanism is in place, and has been used before. If the captain is on active duty, he can certainly be investigated and likely charged. The UCMJ has articles against inappropriate relationships, and this one is inappropriate on so many levels.

ReplyDeleteGood God. What an insult to all normal military vets and active personnel. But, it's Hawaii you know, and the guy is retired. As long as he and his ilk stay there, because it's far, far away and the only one who keeps really afflicting us is Crazy Mazie Hirono.
