I hope so

But I'll believe it when I see it: "Bad news for Democrats: They may have to give Sam Bankman-Fried's $40 million in campaign cash back".

Oh, and guess what other hog managed to get his snout in the trough.

It's also significant that Bankman-Fried donated to the GOP Senate Leadership Fund, a super-PAC affiliated with Sen. Mitch McConnell, which refused to donate money to pro-Trump Senate candidates, such as that of Arizona's Blake Masters, despite that being a winnable race. McConnell has been murmuring about "candidate quality" but the smell of it now is that the fund was bought by Bankman-Fried and it couldn't finance people who might just give him trouble for his money. This is stinky stuff.

Thanks so much, Mitch, for giving the donks an excuse to call this a bipartisan scandal.

Until this mush-mouthed, pop-eyed super-grifter is removed from his leadership position, I will continue to view the Republican Party as hopelessly compromised.

"Come on, Mitch, let me hear you squeal like a Democrat!"

  1. Well, that explains why the RNC pulled funding from candidates who might have won their races. They were owned by FTX. So much for voter integrity.

  2. I think you mean ELECTION integrity, Rebecca, but you are so right.

I don’t think that money is the root of all evil, but it is most certainly a bedfellow.

  3. There's nothing wrong with money just like there's nothing with guns. They're both just tools.

  4. George: Well, I sure as hell wish I had a much bigger tool box, and a lot more tools.
