In remembrance of the terrible attack on Pearl Harbor 81 years ago today, we honor the dead, and the survivors, whose numbers continue to dwindle with time. We must always guard against treachery, at home, as well as from abroad. Whatever happens going forward, let us resolve not to be so tragically surprised again.

ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same as Rebecca. We will, at some point, be surprised again, as we were on September 11. The enemy strikes when we are lulled into complacency. Some of the people who will be very surprised are the ones making nice with the enemies of freedom and the USA.
