He is insane if he genuinely believes that giving huge amounts of money to Ukraine is "the No. 1 priority for the United States right now, according to most Republicans". Also, he caved on everything else, including a Democrat-led effort to approve hundreds of millions of additional dollars for the prosecution of Jan. 6th "insurrectionists".
Maybe Biden isn't the only person in government whose cognitive power has been rapidly eroding.
It's definitely time for Mitch to go. And he can take Ronna McDaniel with him.
