In case you've ever been curious about cooking an ostrich.
I didn't know they had ostriches in Azarbaijan. In any case, I imagine that meat is gamey as heck, not to mention it looked dry and stringy. That might be an Azerbaijani delicacy though.

You know, this guy could roast rats on a spit for all I care; I just love the shots of that beautiful valley.
True, his home is VERY attractive. Half the pleasure is watching all the filler shots between cooking.
